All of our homes are self-check-in. We simply provide you with a unique code to either an on-site key safe or a smart lock to let yourself in whenever you arrive.

Due to the great care that goes into setting up and maintaining our homes, emergencies are incredibly rare. However we are not naive and we realise that emergencies can happen from time-to-time. This is why provide guests with a 24/7 emergency phone number that they can call at anytime if there is an emergency. Our team will work rapidly to sort the issue and provide alternative accommodation if required.
